At The Fight Factory, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unused equipment. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any gym odors or chalk.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
